Many [[cycle]]s prior to [[2531]], a [[Kig-Yar]] [[pirate]] prince named [[Krith]] seized some amount of power on Malurok only to have his reign ended by strike force commanded by [[Ripa 'Moramee]], a native of the planet. Shortly following the defeat of Krith, 'Moramee attempted a coup against his own kaidon in the state of [[Moram]]. He failed to murder the leadership of the [[clan]] and for this he was tried and imprisoned at [[Weeping Shadows of Sorrow]].
