The M910 Rampart point defense network is a point defense system utilized by the UNSC Navy on its warships. They are primarily used to shoot down fighters and missiles.

Usage
The M910 Rampart is a heavier alternative in the Rampart series of point-defense guns, primarily outfitted on the heavy warships of the UNSC; cruisers and battleships. It was in service as early as 2493 aboard the Valiant and was later a standard instalment on successor cruiser classes - with the notable exception of the Marathon. The foremost exception to the trend of M910s installed on large combatants is the usage of the M910 aboard the Point Blank, a stealth warship class often itself nicknamed a "stealth cruiser".

Service history
M910s attached to the Pillar of Autumn were utilised to great effect during the Battle of Installation 04. During the space battle over the installation, several guns were manned by the ODSTs of Fireteam Raven and used to fend off several waves of Banshees and Seraphs. Following the vessel's crash-landing on the Installation, several of these guns were recovered by retrieval forces led by Lieutenant Melissa McKay and put to use in the defense of the newly-established Alpha Base as static defenses.
