Lanto is a human Insurrectionist.[1]
Biography[edit]
Lanto's father was killed by Office of Naval Intelligence agent Mike Spenser after he was born. At some point, Lanto became an Insurrectionist and participated in the Insurrection. Spenser later regretted not killing Lanto's father before "the bastard bred".[1]
