Haverly is a human individual serving in the United Nations Space Command. At some point after 2557, he was involved in human trials for the Quantum Translocator equipment. During his experiments with the translocator, Haverly disappeared for around three hours before returning in a state of panic; shaking, crying, and pale. After this test, Haverly refused to discuss what he had experienced in the translocator - leading an unnamed fellow involved in the trials to stop volunteering for the tests.[1]
