Gordon Cooper is a UNSC Marine and a member of Hacksaw Squad. During the Requiem Campaign, Cooper and the rest of Hacksaw Squad were deployed to a location on Requiem known as "Fortress." They soon came under heavy attack from hostile Covenant forces. In response, the UNSC Infinity sent Spartan Fireteam Crimson to assist the besieged marines.
