On my [https://www.halopedia.org/index.php?title=User:PSL600/common.js&oldid=1258417 user:PSL600/common.js], the code there won't load, and is in LocalSettings.php user js allowed? If not, please enable it so my code loads there, i wan popups instead of default tooltip while hower over links and more buttons in the toolbar above editing window.
