Erem is a planetary system situated among humanity's Inner Colonies. The system is home to the former UEG colony world of Actium.[2]

History[edit]
In 2389, humanity colonized the Erem system, establishing a colony on the planet Actium.[3] The Covenant reached the Erem system and discovered Actium in May 2545. The ensuing battle lasted for less than a month and inflicted heavy casualties on both the Covenant and the UNSC defenders, though Actium ultimately fell and was glassed.[1][3][4]
