Lieutenant Dorsey is a junior officer at the Office of Naval Intelligence, serving as Commander-in-Chief Admiral Margaret Parangosky's flag lieutenant in 2553.[1]
Biography[edit]
Dorsey was relatively new to Sydney, Australia.[2] By January 2553, he was serving under Admiral Parangosky at HIGHCOM Facility Bravo-6. On January 26, Dorsey arrived at Captain Serin Osman's office in Bravo-6's Core 5 to notify her that Parangosky was ready to see her. He then acknowledged the UEG's Minister for the Colonies, David Agnoli, and asked if he would be present at President Ruth Charet's reception. Agnoli answered "Possibly", and then went to ask Lieutenant Dorsey about making him an appointment with Admiral Parangosky.[1]
By March, Dorsey had proved to be a great assistant to Parangosky. She regarded him as a good boy and couldn't wish for a better flag lieutenant. Dorsey kept a morning routine of delivering Mocha coffee to her and also supplying her with ginger nut biscuits.[2]
