Doctor Dennis Russell was a scientist of the UNSC Navy in the post-war years. He was part of the UNSC's second expedition to Requiem in the year 2558.
Biography[edit]
At some point Dr. Russell and a group of scientists were captured by the Covenant forces on Requiem, and were forced to attempt to get the Harvester back online. They were unable to because the power supply had been destroyed. He, along with other doctors, were rescued by the Fireteam Crimson and sent back to the UNSC Infinity.[1]
