Codename: BAYLEAF is a human intelligence operative serving in the Office of Naval Intelligence.[1]
Biography[edit]
BAYLEAF worked as an analyst for ONI Section Three in 2553. In this year, they were involved in reviewing the after-action reports from Hieu Dinh and Padraig of the failed Operation: INTERIOR EXILE, and sent updates on the operation to Codename: FLYBALL. With the operation's failure in mind, BAYLEAF commenced preparations to requisite a larger force to attempt another attack on the site.[1]
