In [[2552]] during the [[Battle of Sigma Octanus IV]], the [[Covenant]] attacked Côte d'Azur in hopes of attaining a [[Forerunner]] [[Sigma Octanus IV artifact|artifact]] on display in the Museum of Natural History. The museum, once captured by the Covenant, was guarded by two [[Shade|stationary plasma turrets]] along with a hundred [[Kig-yar|Jackals]].  Guarding the artifact itself however was a pair of [[Mgalekgolo|Hunters]].
