The 45th Marine Regiment was a UNSC Marine Corps infantry unit that was present onboard the UNSC Spirit of Fire in 2559. During the Second Ark Conflict that year, they took over berthing compartments that were inoperable on the Spirit, claiming it was an upgrade to their old accommodations.[1]
