Inka 'Saham grew to notoriety during the [[Human-Covenant War]] for harassing [[UNSC]] supply lines and [[UEG]] trade routes as the [[shipmaster]] of the ''[[Heresy's Sorrow]]'', a {{Class|DAS|storm cutter}}. In [[2559]], a [[Spartan-IV]] [[Headhunters|headhunter]] was sent on a mission to assassinate Inka 'Saham, but they were unsuccessful. The Spartan was captured and tortured as a [[prisoner of war]] simply for 'Saham's enjoyment, rather than for the purpose of obtained intelligence on the UNSC. After this, 'Saham would be inducted into the [[Bloodstars#Banished|Bloodstars]].{{Ref/Reuse|Target01}}

'Saham participated in the Banished [[Installation 07 conflict|occupation]] of [[Installation 07]] in [[2560]]. During this conflict, [[the Weapon]] discovered his location and passed his information on to [[Spartan-II]] [[John-117]].
