Jessica Shea confirmed via Twitter that Lethbridge Industrial is a reference to Greenskull, a Monitor on the Halo Waypoint forums and owner of the gaming community Ready Up Live, as well as minolta1034, a friend of Greenskull's and a staff member and contributor on Ready Up Live. Greenskull and minolta1034 both reside in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.
