Gamelpar was a Tudejsa human living on a Halo Installation in approximately 100,000 BCE, and was a friend of Vinnevra, protecting her from unwanted attention by sexually mature male Tudejsa. He was unpopular with the other Tudejsa inhabitants of the Halo, and was banished from the village, living outside of it.[1]
