License to Kill is an achievement in Halo: Reach multiplayer matchmaking added with the Anniversary Map Pack. It is awarded for splattering 5 people with a vehicle in one matchmade game.[1]
Trivia
The name of the achievement is likely a reference to the James Bond franchise. The joke most likely refers to a driver's license since the achievement is to run people over.
