Data Drop 4 makes reference to "a flagship carrier [CLASS-FIVE CSO/CAS], we’ve [never] had... permanent access [to]" which is classified "RL-54". Is it possible this might be referring to Raid on the Third Fleet of Glorious Consequence, where several Spartans did indeed storm an Assault Carrier?
