Oh, come now Tuckerscreator: another interpretaton of Halsey's words is that Noble 6's sacrifice allowed the Autumn to escape Reach and therefore allowed Humanity to find Halo. I believe that we should err on the side of generalization; we don't know that the artifact held any mention of the Halo Array, but we do know that it contained some form of Forerunner knowlege which was passed to Cortana.
