Metarch-class ancilla

Template:New Content Metarchs were a class of hyper-advanced ancillas created by the Forerunners to serve the Council. They were so exclusive that only five were in existence at any given time.[1] Enormous ancilla networks known as metarchies were coordinated by a metarch.[2]
Mendicant Bias was considered a Metarch-class ancilla, though he was technically a Contender-class AI and therefore more advanced than even a Metarch.
