A Covenant Holo-Pedestal.
Portable holo-pedestals are portable, cylindrical Holotanks used by the Covenant. They are frequently used by the Hierarchs to deliver speeches to the Covenant troops.[1][2]
Trivia
- The MJOLNIR armor's target tracking system often confuses this holographical representation with a real San 'Shyuum.
