Create a page for Tundra?

Hey, do you think Halopedia should have a page for the forged variant of Sandbox, Tundra, shown in the weekly update this week?

This map will be in matchmaking, and I think, should have a page.

Agree?

Show/Hide buttons

Hey, Dragonclaws! I've recently made the Template:UNSC Sidebar template, and I found out that Halopedia apparently doesn't support the show/hide button feature. The template is fairly long, and it would really need those little show/hide buttons for the lists in order to be used properly.

I saw this page: http://www.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:ShowHide_content. It says there's some kind of plug-in that can be added to the MediaWiki files in order for the show/hide buttons to function. I was thinking it might be helpful in making this feature work on the site. I've also contacted Manticore regarding this, but I haven't received a reply yet. Thanks a million! --UNSC Trooper Unsctrooper small.jpg TalkMy Work 18:24, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

Hello I'm HaloFan500, Admin of Munkapedia, a Wikia that has recently become active and is trying to grow. However there is much to do. Halopedia is very sucessful, if at all possible you'd you be willing to help me, by providing templates, codings, and things of the sort. I would mainly like to have the games Templates/Codes.--Your good friend, and Admin HaloFan500 { My Talk } 05:32, 2 June 2009 (UTC)

RE: Image

Hey Dragonclaws,

Though I have a problem with the image, if you do insist on placing it on a blog for everyone to read, just remember that we do have Jewish and by extension, Israeli users. As for the Satanists, I don't give two sh!ts about them.

But yeah, just felt like giving my off-topic shenanigan comment of the week XD. Have a good one Ryan!

Rawr,
User:CommanderTony/Sig

Well that's good to hear, i'm a pro-Israeli guy myself, which probably isn't that big of a surprise to you or anyone else XD. User:CommanderTony/Sig

Spoiler Problem

In the General Disclaimer Page's spoiler section there is a little discrepancy with the Halopedia:Spoilers Policy page.

I reworded it a bit. It might need additional revision, but this should work in the meantime. --Dragonclaws(talk) 01:31, September 8, 2009 (UTC)

Pfhorpedia

Hey, Dragonclaws, I found the marathon wiki after Guesty-Persony-Thingy went inactive. I saw your name on the featured users list (as well as a mention on his user page), and I was hoping that you could help me breathe some life back into the site. --Vanguard 02:34, September 18, 2009 (UTC)

Well, I'm not really a Marathon fan. I never got the download to work and I don't know that much about it. I'm not sure there's really anything I can contribute. --Dragonclaws(talk) 06:14, September 18, 2009 (UTC)

Is there any one else that could help?--Vanguard 23:32, September 19, 2009 (UTC)

I'm afraid I can't help you. You could try posting on one of the forums. --Dragonclaws(talk) 06:27, September 20, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks anyway.--Vanguard 13:42, September 20, 2009 (UTC)

Kingdom Hearts Wiki Staff

Hello, Dragonclaws. My name is DoorToNothing, and I am a Moderator over at the Kingdom Hearts Wiki. Recently, the staff and I noticed that you have two templates that we wanted to implement into our wiki: Template:Era and Template:Eraicon. We tried to implement the the two templates onto our Wiki, with minor changes such as the image and game-name. However, even with the help of our coding master (ILHI), we still can't get it to work. We've added a few things to our MediaWiki's CSS and JS that you use to try to get it working, but still no results. Could you please take a look at our templates and MediaWiki's CSS and JS to help us get this working, and maybe even give us a draft of what our MediaWiki's CSS and JS should look like with the necessary coding? Our templates can be found here:

Please and thank you, --DoorToNothing 19:46, September 20, 2009 (UTC)

Halo: Reach landing page

Please see my comment on Tony's talk page and post your thoughts. The email address he gave me doesn't work. Thanks. JoePlay<staff /> (talk) 17:19, April 1, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Home page

Hi, I don't know if it's a just a problem of mine, but you might want to check out the image for "vehicles" in the home page. I keep seeing a (gross) porn image with "Good april fool's day" written on it. I cannot be sure it's not just a problem of mine, since I tested one pc only, but I honestly cannot think of any other thing except it's really on the page.

Bye.—This unsigned comment was made by 93.34.3.171 (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

I suppose it is just you. The image has been fixed several days ago and none of our users have experienced any problems. You have to bypass your browser's cache to see the changes.
  • Internet Explorer: hold down the Ctrl key and click the Refresh or Reload button, or press Ctrl+F5.
  • Firefox: hold down the Shift key while clicking Reload; alternatively press Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl-Shift-R.
  • Opera users have to clear their caches through Tools→Preferences
  • Konqueror and Safari users can just click the Reload button.
  • Chrome: press Ctrl+F5 or Shift+F5

Asperger's

Hey I know someone with in my school with Asperger's too. Everybody thinks he's a little weird though. Interforce

Oh? That is common. Neurologically atypical people think differently from the neurologically typical. --Dragonclaws(talk) 19:54, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
I'd rather refer to myself as "socially atypical". Aspies don't have problems with basic motor functions, as far as I can tell. I'd prefer a more disambiguated answer, my friend *raised eyebrow look*.-- Forerunner 20:44, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder. I'm using the common language. The thing is that autism is often regarded as a defect, something that afflicts people who would otherwise be normal. The term "neurotypical", which I've clarified in the longer term "neurologically typical", was coined as a way to describe "normal" people. With a name for each, it is more clear that there are two different categories of people. Autism is then treated in a less stigmatizing way. --Dragonclaws(talk) 21:11, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
Cool, aspies unite! I'd say it's more of alterntive brain setup then anything else. We're better than others in some ways, worse in others. That said, the severity of autsim and aspergers varies quite a bit. Jabberwockxeno 15:11, 12 January 2011 (EST)

User Problems

See the discussion at Subtank's talk page. He is making many edits that are almost always reverted. --DKong Talk Cont 12:53, 28 November 2010 (EST)

I wrote the user a brief message on their talk page. --Dragonclaws(talk) 18:02, 28 November 2010 (EST)

Leave a Message Link

Just a heads up, your Leave a Message link still goes to halo.wikia.com. You might want to change that. --DKong Talk Cont 15:46, 28 November 2010 (EST)

Ah, thanks. I totally forgot about that. It should be corrected now. --Dragonclaws(talk) 18:02, 28 November 2010 (EST)

Mind lending me a hand?

Hey.

I recently needed to preform a major edit for the assassination page, so I used a draft under my user page for the edit, as I have never made such a large one.

Mind checking it out for any mistakes I may have made before I update the main one?
