It is represented by a silver six-pointed star with a human skull on a purple background in the center.

Trivia

This medal can only be unlocked in a game with 16 players, with one as the zombie.
It has replaced the Mmmm Brains medal, as the hardest Infection medal.
This medal is a reference to Michael Jackson's song "Thriller".
