Master Builder

Template:Ratings Template:New Content Master Builder was the highest rank attainable by a Forerunner Builder. The rank can be revoked by the Council and a Master Builder can be brought to trial by a Supreme Mantle Court which is formed by the Council.[1]
Faber was the last known Forerunner to hold the title around 100,000 B.C.E[2]
