Template:Ratings Template:New Content The Twelve Laws of Making and Moving were a Forerunner religious text, and a central part of their belief system, the Mantle. Faithful followers of the religion would pray by silently repeating the laws, accompanied by swaying motion according to the rhythms.[1]
