Thirteen dead Spartans

During the final level of Halo: Reach, thirteen dead SPARTANs can be found in various locations in the Aszod ship-breaking yards. These SPARTANs are all wearing MJOLNIR Mark V armor of various types and colors (the armor configurations are generated randomly).

It is unknown whether this team was composed of SPARTAN-IIs or SPARTAN-IIIs, or both. It is also unknown as to what their mission was, but it can be presumed that they were deployed to fend off the Covenant attack on the Aszod territory.

Trivia

• The team may include part or all of either Echo or Gauntlet teams, as both teams were present on Reach at the time, but this cannot currently be verified.
