Flood tadpole

The Water Form was a Flood organism encountered by a Covenant SpecOps team in the Threshold gas mines. They were sealed in a water tank in the research area of the facility, and were likely stored by the Forerunner for some unknown experiments.
Trivia
Bungie jokingly referred to this form as a "Flood Sea Monkey" in a recent post.
