Tempest

The map is set in an misty, open environment with many openings and chasms, for a diverse amount of combat in a Forerunner environment.[1]The map will feature a large Forge palette.
Trivia
- A Warthog can be seen in two of the photographs of Tempest on bungie.net. A Mongoose can also be seen in a separate picture.
- The tower itself appears reminisent of the bases on the Halo 3 multiplayer map Vahalla.
- The huge structures in the background look somewhat similar to the structures found on the cover of Halo: Cryptum.
- Found near the mountains in Tempest's photosynth, two sentinel minors can be seen. Above them is also a constructor.
