This figure is part of Series 3, but was not announced until the release date of Series 3. It is an Elite with red and silver Combat Armor. It has two Plasma Rifles. It is only available at Toys R Us and Wal-Mart, as it is an exclusive to both stores. It even has the Blue Elite's picture on the front and back of the package.

Trivia

• The packaging of this figure is exactly the same as that of the Blue Elite figure.
• This Action Figure has removable armor, as does the blue Elite Figure. It gives you 10 Halo Points. This figure is produced by McFarlane Toys.
