UNSCTTP://EPWW:COLEPROTOCOL/Virtualscav/fbr.091 was a UNSC web address that was notable for containing Viral Data Scavengers available for download, for use in accordance with directive three of the Cole Protocol.[1] It is unknown what else the website itself stored, although it can be assumed other military programs were available.
