Joyride Studios/Halo 2 Series 3

The Joyride Halo 2 Series 3 action figures were manufactured by Joyride Studios. They were released in 2004. All the figures are based off the characters from Halo 2.

Campaign

SpecOps Grunt

The SpecOps Grunt has active camouflage and is armed with a Plasma Pistol and a Plasma Grenade. It features 6 points of articulation.

In the box summary, it is said that "Some Elites have even told of their lives being saved by these Grunts". This is something an ordinary Elite would never like to admit, as being saved by "lesser" beings would be a great blow to their honor.

Tartarus

The Tartarus action figure was modeled after the Brute leader. It is armed with the Fist of Rukt and has 12 points of articulation.

Multiplayer

Blue Spartan Set

The Blue Spartan Set includes three SPARTAN-IIs in blue MJOLNIR armor. There are three different variants.

• The first variant features red stripes with a Spades emblem.
• The second variant has orange stripes with the Marathon emblem.
• The last variant has yellow stripes with the Valkyrie emblem.

The figures have 23 points of articulation and are armed with a Sniper Rifle and a Brute Shot.

Labeling

On each action figure unit, Joyride has included a serial number, which allows you to find out when the action figure was created. The date code has four numbers followed by 'SS' actually stamped or embossed in the cardboard. The first three digits are the date the product was made, and the fourth digit is the year. For example: 2653SS means the product was manufactured on the 265th day of 2003 (9/23/2003).
