Template:Ratings McFarlane Toys is a subsidiary of Todd McFarlane Productions Incorporated that makes detailed models of characters from movies, comics, musicians, video games, and sport figures.[1] After the launch of Halo 3, they were given the contract to produce figures from the characters of the game, mainly the popular units, such as the Master Chief. Aside from that, the company also produced several multiplayer figures to incorporate the increasing demand by their customers. These Action Figures also feature new things such as Halo Points and Removable Armor (not always). They are also known to be much more detailed than the ones produced by Joyride Studios.

Halo Points

In addition to purchasing the figures, customers would also receive 10-35 Halo points per figure (with exception of the Halo 3 12-inch Action Figures, which give you 40 Halo points) with in which can be redeemed for the Halo Points Program which started in January 2009. The current possible rewards are a Halo 3 Lithograph, a Hayabusa Katana (that can be wielded, unlike in the game), Recon Armor (in red, blue, and Active Camouflage variations), and a metallic gold version of the Master Chief figurine. The Halo Points Program will officially begin in February, and all official redemption certificates must be posted by November, 30 2009. The program is reserved to U.S., Canada, Australia and most European countries.[2]
