Urban Holland

Colonel Urban Holland was a Field Grade Officer of the UNSC Army. In 2552, he evaluated the members of Noble Team and apparently served as the team's commanding officer.[1] He was stationed on Reach during its fall and briefed Noble Team on their mission to investigate the comm blackout at the Visegrad Relay.[2]
