"Get the Package to the Autumn!"

The Package was the code name for a data storage unit used by Dr. Catherine Halsey to store a fragment of the AI Cortana. During the Fall of Reach, Noble Team's final objective, particularly that of SPARTAN-B312, was to get the Package, and the sensitive data it contained, off the planet on the UNSC Pillar of Autumn.

The Package appeared to be a large metal cylinder with a hollow section in the center, which contained a data crystal chip. The fragment of Cortana that was within the Package contained the "latchkey discovery" made by Laszlo Sorvad and the information decrypted from the Babd Catha Forerunner complex.

Trivia

• In the level The Pillar of Autumn, Noble Six hooks The Package to his back armor, much like an armor ability.
