Officer's quarters

The Officer's Quarters was a building in a Military Camp, used as Private Quarters for the Commanding Officer(s) of the camp. Almost all bases or camps have Officer's Quarters. Outposts normally don't, because there are usually just a few people, with everyone in the Barracks.
