The UNSC Department of Commercial Shipping, abbreviated "DCS" is a organization in the United Nations Space Command responsible for interstellar commerce and shipping between colony worlds.[1] Some of their ships were attacked by Minor Transgression, which led to begining of the The Human-Covenant War.
