An Elite, part of the Commando Unit.
The Commando Unit[1] was a Covenant Seperatist Sangheili (Elite) combat force first seen in Halo: CE in the level The Truth and Reconcilliation, equipped with stealth armor and plasma sword/plasma rifle. It is part of the Special Warfare Group.
Its operatives were equipped and issued with the superior-quality and lighter-weight Commando Armor compared to the standard-issue Combat Armor in Halo 3.
The Commando Unit may be related to the Covenant Special Operations.
