This ODST set is a type of United Nations Space Command body armor.
Introduction
The unknown armor set Has been seen used by "betafrankie" at PAX '07
It will be one of the various armor permutation featured in Halo 3 multiplayer. Bungie has confirmed all of the armor permutations have no effect on gameplay.
The Helmet is unlockable by receiving "Spartan Graduate" Achievement (Earn 5 EXP or complete 10 ranked matches)

- The armor appears to have a great resembelance to the concept art for the Halo 3 ODST and might actully be ODST armor.
