TARDS was tested in Industrial Zone 08 of Chicago, on the planet of Earth.
Trivia
- The systems can be seen in the level Foundation. You can see "Abandon in Place " written on them, hinting that it was a failed project.
- If you abbreviate "Tactical Autonomous Robotic Defence System", you get T.A.R.D.S. or tards, wich is commonly excepted as short for retards.
