I remember meeting up with a sleeping Elite once. Can't remember where, but I unloaded nearly a full magazine of needles into him and he didn't wake up. Easy kill, huh? Also, on the later bridges, Hunters will be on the opposite bridge. Make sure you have the rocket launcher or you'll end up wasting your grenades trying to get them over there.
