Template:Weapon Little is known about this new equipment type, although it is suspected to make its debut in Halo 3. It is also believed to behave in the opposite manner of the Power Drainer. We await further confirmation on this before expanding upon this article.[1]It aslo seen in the Joypad magazine.[2][3]
