Wind Power Station 7, the location of the Halo 2 level Zanzibar and Halo 3 level Last Resort, located on Zanzibar Island.
Wind Power Station 7 is a decommissioned wind power station on Zanzibar Island off the northeast coast of the United Republic of Tanzania, Africa. [1]. It is noted as being a "Mute reminder of the East African Protectorate's late 25th-century attempt at re-nationalization."

Some of these sites were said to have been training sites for the Spartans. There were likely many more stations similar to this all over Earth and other UNSC worlds.
