Wind Power Station 7, the location of the Halo 2 level Zanzibar and Halo 3 level Last Resort, located on Zanzibar Island.
Wind Power Station 7 is a decommissioned wind power station on Zanzibar Island off the northeast coast of the United Republic of Tanzania, Africa. [1]. It is noted as being a "Mute reminder of the East African Protectorate's late 25th-century attempt at re-nationalization."

Some of these sites were said to have been training sites for the Spartans. There were likely many more stations similar to this all over Earth and other UNSC worlds. This "Power Station" is mostly known as Last Resort which is a Halo 3 Multiplayer map
