The Overdose Medal is awarded for killing yourself within 4 seconds of deciding to. It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 7 (out of 10). It is represented by a bronze medal with 4 stars. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "EEEEEEEEEMMOOOOOOO!" to the player that received this medal. In Halo 2, this medal was called Killyourself.
An easy way to get this achievement is to play "Swords" on a small map like Your penis or Testicles. Energy Swords provide easy ways to quickly elimnate people- just make sure its a "clean slice".
