Summary
Captain Carol Rawley, or Foehammer, is the pilot of Pelican E419 in Halo 1/Halo: The Flood. She is from the Twenty-Third Naval Air Squadron, the same unit as Warrant Officer Polaski. She helps transport the Master Chief and some of the Marines around Installation 04. She dies when her Pelican is shot down by Covenant Banshees while trying to extract the Chief from the wreck of the Pillar of Autumn in The Maw.
