Carbine

There are two appearances of Carbine in the Halo universe:

• Covenant Carbine, a two-handed Covenant projectile weapon featured in Halo 2.

• Type-25 Carbine, a one-handed Covenant projectile weapon featured in Halo 3.

The definition of "Carbine" is: "a light, gas-operated semiautomatic rifle, but generally shorter and less powerful than...a rifle".
