Imperial Admiral

The Imperial Admiral is a very high elite rank, second only to the Elite Councilors.
Summary
The Imperial Admiral[1] is within the elite ranks, and is extremely high in the Covenant. This rank is given to Elite's to control large fleets, and armada's, very few ever attain this rank. Usually an Imperial Admiral operates on a high ranking ship, covenant flagship, assault carrier, or other high ships within the Covenant armada.
