UNSC Code Three-Nine-Two is a code that Special Warfare teams use it to ignore hails... due to higher-priority mission. Dr.Halsey used this code when Admiral Whitcomb hailed her. To him it ment and i quote " You mean the good doctor just told me to go to hell.
