The Covenant Destroyer[1] is a warship classification within the Covenant Navy. This class of Covenant ship can be seen in Halo Wars and in Halo3 when is use by the Brutes.
Background
This class of starship is extremely well-armed, boasting multiple pulse laser turrets, plasma torpedo launcher(s), a single Energy Projector, and a full compliment of Seraph starfighters.
This dangerous warship classification has the distinctive three huge sections of most heavier Covenant warships, mirroring the lethality of its larger cousins. They are used as escorts for battlegroups using larger ship classes, able to hold their own in combat while protecting their battlegroup from threats.
