SPARTAN Group Omega

Background
They first appear at the end of the Halo Wars Announcement Trailer. They seem to be equipped with MJOLNIR Mk IV Battle Armor with a external plate on the right shoulder. They are also armed with BR55HB SR Battle Rifles.
The name "Spartan Group Omega" is strange as the Spartan IIs often name their teams after colors (example: Gray Team). Yet, there are only five of them noted to be visible in the snapshot, so perhaps they aren't a whole company, just a smaller element of a larger unit. In the US Navy a group designates a large force comprised of units from both the US Navy and the US Marines.
When split into smaller groups, Red Team ended up being Alpha Team, Beta Team, Gamma Team, and Delta Team. It is possible that since this is most likely the first ground engagement between the Covenant and the UNSC.
