D. F. Lambert

Captain D. F. Lambert was a UNSC officer with the UNSC Engineering Corps in 2491. That year, he was the leader of the first planetary survey team to Onyx. He created ENGCORP Field Report A76344, in which he doccumented the curious anomalies of Onyx's techtonic activity and natural habitability. He then recommended the planet for colonization.[1]
